Commercial property signage, designed, made and installed

Estate signs, totems, to-let boards, directories, wayfinding, banners and graphics, made in our own workshop and fitted by our own team.

Signs are the first thing an occupier sees and the last thing an agent wants to chase. We design them, make them in our workshop in Southwick and install them ourselves, so one team is responsible from the first sketch to the last bolt.

We work to an existing estate brand or create a new one, and roll it out across a single building or a whole portfolio. When rebranding happens, it needs to happen fast.

Questions

Do you install outside Sussex?

Yes. Our installation team works nationwide, all year round. Recent projects range from Weymouth and Southampton to Chester, Leeds and York.

Can you work with an estate's existing brand?

Yes. At West Cross Industrial Park we kept the original typeface and modernised the retained logo. Elsewhere we've created complete new identities and rolled them out across portfolios of estates.

Do you make the signs yourselves?

Yes. Design, print and production happen under one roof in Southwick, which is how we keep control of quality and turnaround.

Got a building to let?

Tell us about it. We'll design it, make it, install it and shoot it.
