Kingsland Business Park in Basingstoke is a large commercial zone a short distance from the M3, split into several zones and estates. It needed a complete estate rebrand covering signage, photography and printed marketing.
Acting at the request of JLL for Aviva Investors, we modernised the park's brand identity, then designed, built and installed a series of totems, wayfinders and road signs that make it easier to find your way around.
The challenge
A large, multi-zone park near the M3 with dated, inconsistent signage, which made it hard for visitors to find units and for agents to sell the park as one place.
Our approach
A modern identity with the crown mark, applied to a family of totems, wayfinders and road signs. Every panel was printed, welded and finished in our workshop, then installed by our own team, with photography and a 360° tour of Horizon 5 for the agents.
