Electra Business Park in Canning Town sits three miles east of the City of London, with easy access to the A13 for Docklands, the City and central London. It has a spacious layout of industrial, data and warehouse buildings.
Acting for Schroders plc, JLL asked Three Sixty Group to look at a complete rebrand of the estate signage and marketing collateral. We designed the identity, then made and installed the signs, and created the brochure, mailers and website.
The challenge
A well-located London estate whose signage and marketing no longer matched the quality of its buildings or its position near the City.
Our approach
A new Electra identity, applied to everything from the gatehouse welcome sign and directory maps to the brochure, email mailers and website. Every sign was cut, built and installed by our own team.
