Compass House
A premium rebrand for a 39,187 sq ft office and warehouse building: one totem, new canopies and a vibrant brochure.

- Sector
Compass House has 39,187 sq ft of modern office space and warehouse facilities over ground and first floors. After its acquisition by CCLA Investment Management, agents FTD Johns invited Three Sixty Group to propose a rebrand in keeping with the estate's premium occupiers.
After consulting the client, we put forward several brand concepts and developed the new design across the estate. We removed and replaced the dated estate and marketing signs, combining all the occupier details on one large totem for clean lines and clarity. We added car park totems and internal signage to match, and renovated and repainted the two entrance canopies. A new, vibrant brochure completed the work.
The challenge
A newly acquired building whose dated estate and marketing signs didn't reflect its premium occupiers.
Our approach
Several brand concepts, one chosen and rolled out across the estate: a single combined occupier totem, car park totems, internal signs, renovated entrance canopies and a new brochure.
