West Cross Industrial Park sits in a prime spot on the A4 Great West Road, halfway between central London and Heathrow. It has industrial and warehouse buildings, trade counters, offices, a gym and a large retail unit.
Acting for Legal & General, JLL asked Three Sixty Group for a complete rebrand of the estate signage and all marketing collateral, keeping the original font but with a modern take on the retained logo.
The challenge
A large, mixed-use estate with many occupiers on one of London's busiest arterial roads. It needed a modern identity without losing the recognition of its existing logo.
Our approach
We kept the original typeface and modernised the retained 'e' symbol, then built a navy-and-yellow system with a constellation motif: gatehouse, totems, road names, directories, flags, fascia banners and the brochure. We made it in our workshop and installed it on site, with a 360° tour for agents.
