Stiles Harold Williams and Cushman & Wakefield were instructed to find interest in a unique Brighton property: a 34,000 sq ft self-contained grade A office, a stone's throw from the beach in a secure private mews next to Churchill Square.
We started with aerial photography from 500 ft to show the location, followed by mast photography and interior marketing shots, then designed a new brochure and website. Launched in early 2016, the marketing generated strong interest.
