Leatherhead in Surrey is home to one of the best business parks in the south: a private, secure greenfield location a few minutes' drive from the M25, home to several blue-chip companies.
Berwick Hill Properties have been redeveloping 40,000 sq ft of high-quality office space at One Springfield Drive. Working with local agents Hurst Warne, alongside JLL, we recorded the build progress from the air throughout construction, filming and photographing the site by drone.
