After a solid makeover, this warehouse not far from the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham is ready for new tenants.
It's tucked away in Perry Park, near junction 7 of the M6. Once it was wall to wall with vintage wine; now the neighbours include Selco and Screwfix. Three Sixty created new signage, brochures and photography to market the 19,000 sq ft space for Let Direct.
