After a comprehensive refurbishment, this 25,000 sq ft office building in Crawley town centre has new tenants: RAPP Limited and Penn Underwriting.
The marketing campaign included a new identity with brand and graphic design, a 20-page brochure featuring new photography, wall graphics installed in the upper-floor offices, and external marketing signage. Agents Knight Frank and DTRE are pushing ahead for full occupation in 2020.
