Deeside: new estate signs and rebrand for IPIF

On the English/Welsh border, on the outskirts of Chester, is a large modern industrial estate at Deeside.
In an excellent location next to the Welsh Road, after a major refurbishment and with several vacant units to let, the Industrial Property Investment Fund commissioned Three Sixty to rebrand the estate. The new IPIF graphics were used on all the estate signs, marketing signs and unit numbers, and on a new brochure summarising availability. Design and installation were by our in-house team.
