Readie completed South Central, a modern logistics park in Southampton, in 2019, and occupiers John Lewis and CSS were quick to move in.
The remaining 120,000 sq ft unit needed some extra marketing. With the docks and motorway links so close, an aerial video was the perfect way to show the opportunity in full.
All the filming and photography was done by drone on a perfect summer's day, showing the modern, spacious unit in HD at its best. Leading south coast agents LSH and CBRE were at the helm.
